The Process
We manufacture all our products from scratch at our manufacturing facility in Paynesville, Minnesota. Starting with rough lumber, we hand select each piece and then cut, glue and machine them into individual components. The designs are created, and then these components are assembled into the finished product which is machined for hardware and finish sanded and finished according to customer requirements.
